If you require a company to be struck off the CRO register, the most common way of doing this is through a Voluntary Strike-Off.

With this service, we will carry out all the steps on your behalf to ensure the company is closed in a professional manner and as quickly as possible. This includes obtaining a letter of no objection from Revenue, placing an advertisement in a national newspaper and preparing and filing form H15 with the CRO.

Please note that this service requires all company returns to be up to date with both Revenue and the CRO. The company assets and liabilities must also be less than €150.

A non-EEA director bond is required when your irish company does not have at least one EEA resident director. This Section 137 Revenue Bond acts as insurance to the sum of €25,000 to cover for non-filings and covers a period of two years.

If you are a sole-trader and are trading under a business name other than your own personal name, you are required to register this business name with the CRO.

If you have non-PAYE income greater than €5,000 or are a proprietary director of a limited company, you are required to register for Income Tax with Revenue and submit a Form 11 return each year.

The company seal is used to emboss offical company documents to ensure their authenticity. We will supply you with a high quality pliers seal and arrange to have this delivered to you.

All companies are required to have at least one director and one company secretary. If the company only has one director, that same person cannot be listed as the company secretary.

This service allows you to use us as your registered company secretary and we will complete the countersigning of company documentation where necessary (e.g. B1 Annual Return).

In addition to use of our registered office address, you can also choose to have our address used as your business correspondence address. This allows you to our address listed with Revenue, banks and other business.

All business post will be uploaded to your own client portal and will be available for collection at our offices if you need originals. We can also arrange to have post physically forwarded if needed (additional postage costs will apply).

You will be given access to your own client portal where all CRO post will be scanned and uploaded for you to access.
