Voluntary Strike-Off
€375.00 + VAT
If you require a company to be struck off the CRO register, the most common way of doing this is through a Voluntary Strike-Off.
With this service, we will carry out all the steps on your behalf to ensure the company is closed in a professional manner and as quickly as possible. This includes obtaining a letter of no objection from Revenue, placing an advertisement in a national newspaper and preparing and filing form H15 with the CRO.
Please note that this service requires all company returns to be up to date with both Revenue and the CRO. The company assets and liabilities must also be less than €150.
Once your payment has been made, a member of our team will be in touch to advise of next steps. Please note the entire company strike off process can take up to 3 months.
